Major Façade Restoration, Maintenance and Repair Upgrade

Scope of Work:

• Repointing at brick and terra cotta mortar joints
• Removal of buildings vertical brick corners
• Sandblasting of steel columns, application of protective coatings
• Installed anchorage and cover with matching custom brick
• Replace steel lintels at brick and terra cotta window heads
• Repair and replace deteriorated terra cotta and brick sills
• Disassemble and rebuild large 21 st floor terra cotta finials,
• reinstall over new stainless steel framework.
• Extensive terra cotta bisque spall and glaze spall repair
• Patch rusticated plaster and concrete walls at building base
• Repoint and patch stone walls
