Description - Repair and restoration of historic luxury residences
including: concrete, cast stone and ornamental plaster façade
restoration, and waterproof coating.
Project Scope
• Remove loose and flaky paint under lead in construction protocol
• Sound all surfaces to locate delaminating concrete and plaster finishes
• Remove delaminated concrete
• Remove rust scale from reinforcing steel and replace where necessary
• Install anchorage for new patches
• Place concrete patches by hand and finish
• Repair or replace damaged cast stone elements
• Repaint window frames and sheet metal stacks at roof
