Greg Quilici has served Giampolini for over five decades, beginning as an apprentice painter in 1971 and later leading the company as CEO from 1994 to 2025. Under his leadership, Giampolini expanded beyond its painting legacy into Drywall Technologies and Masonry Restoration. As Chairman, Greg continues to provide strategic guidance while supporting the next generation of leadership.

Albert Giampolini inherited the company from his father, Servino in 1932. Albert introduced commercial painting, in addition to residential painting, pivoting away from retail paint sales and manufacturing. He passed the company down to his nephew, Alfred Quilici.

Alfred Quilici, only 34-years-old at the time of succession, ran the company as president from 1947 to 1985. In 1985, two of Al’s sons, Greg and Tom, entered into management positions to carry on the family tradition.
